Terms of Use and Sale

These terms apply to this website and to purchases from, and sales to, Dino & Dino TCG (“we”, “us”), based in Carlsbad, California. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. They take effect on September 22, 2026.

Buying from us online

• Prices are in US dollars, and we ship to addresses in the United States only.
• Prices and availability can change at any time. Most items are one of a kind, so adding something to your cart doesn’t reserve it; if it sells before you pay, checkout tells you and updates your cart.
• Payment is taken by Stripe Checkout. Your order is confirmed when Stripe accepts the payment and you see the order confirmation.
• If an item is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel that part of the order and refund what you paid for it in full.

Condition, grades and descriptions

Raw (ungraded) cards are described using TCGplayer’s condition scale: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played or Damaged. Condition is a judgment made by a person looking at the card, so read each listing and look at its photos.

Graded cards are sold as graded by the grading company named on the label. The grade is that company’s opinion, not ours, and we can’t promise what grade a card would get if it were regraded or crossed over to another company. Every graded listing shows the certification number so you can check it on the grading company’s own website before you buy.

Shipping and returns

We ship to addresses in the United States, with tracking, and the shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Our returns terms will be published on our shipping and returns page before sales begin; until then, text us before sending anything back.

Selling or trading to us

• Offers are based on recent sold prices for the exact printing and condition. An offer made from photos you send us is confirmed when we see the items in person, and a price given before we’ve seen the items is an estimate, not an offer.
• We can decline any purchase or trade, for any reason.
• By selling to us you confirm that the items are yours to sell. We may ask for identification, and if you’re under 18, for a parent or guardian to take part.
• You can choose cash or trade credit where both are offered; we’ll quote each.

Free tools, guides and prices

Our tools, guides, set lists and glossary are for information only. They are not appraisals, and nothing on this site guarantees what a card or collectible is worth, what grade it would receive or that it is authentic. Market prices change daily; check sold listings before you buy or sell. Set and card data comes from TCGdex, an MIT-licensed community database, and may contain errors.

Trademarks and no affiliation

Pokémon and all related names and characters are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a trademark of Viacom International Inc. Funko and Pop! are trademarks of Funko. PSA, CGC, Beckett, TAG, TCGplayer and eBay are trademarks of their owners. Dino & Dino TCG is an independent shop and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these companies. Names are used only to describe the items we sell.

Using this site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break into it or the staff admin area, no automated scraping that slows it down, and no fake orders or form submissions. The site’s own text, tools and design belong to us; you’re welcome to quote and link to them.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and its tools “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a lost profit from a price change, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California or federal consumer protection law that can’t be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you place an order or sell to us is the one that applies to that transaction, and we’ll change the date at the top whenever the terms change.
